Can AI make learning cybersecurity easier?

I’m currently learning about cybersecurity, and I’ve started using AI tools to help me understand difficult topics. I find that AI can explain ideas in simple words, but I’m not sure if students should depend on it too much. I have also seen people search for Cyber Security assignment help when they are stuck with their studies. Would it be better to use AI as a learning tool and try to solve problems alone first?

I’d like to know how other students use AI for cybersecurity learning. Are there any safe and useful AI tools you would suggest for beginners?
