Consulting services are delivered based on a mutually agreed proposal, statement of work (SOW), or contract. Any changes to scope, deliverables, or timelines must be agreed in writing. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services where cooperation, access to information, or payment obligations are not met.

3. Training Programs

3.1 Enrollment Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or approved installment. Training schedules, content, and delivery formats are subject to change where necessary.

3.2 Access to Materials Training materials are provided for personal or internal organizational use only. Recording, sharing, resale, or redistribution of training content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Refund Policy Refunds may be requested before training commences, subject to our Refund Policy. No refunds will be issued once training has commenced, regardless of attendance or completion status.

All content, methodologies, templates, tools, frameworks, slides, and training materials remain our intellectual property. Clients and participants are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for internal or personal purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without prior written consent is prohibited.
